Creative Gratitude ~ This one-session workshop involves a profound process that integrates you and your higher purpose while you find the beauty in your essential gratitude and radiate it to the world. We achieve this through visualizing, interacting, writing, sharing, doing some movement.

I have found being in a state of gratitude to be liberating and sweet; indeed I feel freer when I am in gratitude. I integrate holistic and creative processes, discussion, narration in this workshop during which we play through writing and sharing insights, even as we refine our poetic vision. J

Poetry of Your Peace ~ Ever felt a deep and utter longing for peace? Disillusioned by the ways in the world that prevent peace? I have and do. I realize, too, that such longing is universal and no matter what, we must do our part. Remember the words of Portia— “How far that little candle throws his beams! So shines a good deed in a naughty world!” (Act V. Sc. I, Merchant of Venice) Let ours be that “good deed.” Let us be in peace within, so we radiate with joy without.

In this process workshop, you will discover that deep inner peace and create your own practice with a passion that might even surprise you. Come! Mind your peace! Prepare to write and share in a group. Bring a journal, a working pen, and a bottle of good water. Free bonus included for your participation.

About your instructor ~

Long-time educator, published author, and artist, Ambika Talwar has been involved in holistic arts/sciences (polarity therapy, DNA/Thetahealing, the Yuen method) all of which she finds most elegant. Language, she believes, is key to our healing and renewal. “I am a poet and that is how I approach all that I do. I see the power of language coded in us and help you to find and be in your resonance—for then we choose rightly.” She has combined poetic processes and holism techniques to assist in these practices of re-creating the self. She has inspired many to be better than they are. Many student letters are testimony to this. She notes, moreover, that, “what inspires a person is what they already are. I just show up to show them who they are. This brings me joy….” She continues to be an educator, teaching at a community college, writing poetry and essays, and expanding her instruction in the holistic field. She is author of collections of poetry and a book titled Creative Resonance: Poetry—Elegant Play, Elegant Change, which is about accessing the poetic vision from within and affectively transforming your world and your reality. She is also available for private sessions and consultations as a holistic practitioner.
