Polarity Therapy & Cranio-Sacral Unwinding~

Polarity Therapy is a process of receiving the energy fields in and around the body to facilitate the flow of energy or life force (shakti, ruah, chi). Polarity Therapy helps to move the elements—earth, water, fire, air, ether—in order to bring you to your state of balance and, thereby, initiate healing and a greater awareness in you.

Based on the belief that we are indeed composed of the five elements, Polarity Therapy is developed from the ancient Indian Ayurvedic science and practice of medicine. Cranio-Sacral Unwinding is the process of following the tidal movement of the cerebrospinal fluid to balance and re-align tissue and the skeletal structure that go out of balance due to stresses of daily living.

A session will include energy sensing, reflective listening, and bodywork, for the body is the repository of all experience. Profound, subtle, and dynamic, a session takes you deep within to help you to understand the causes of pain and stress and to release them.
